Louise carries a DAR designation (Designated Appraiser Residential) as well as a Certified Appraisal Reviewer designation. Louise McGee is a member in good standing with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Louise has been in the appraisal field for fifteen years and has owned and operated Palmer Appraisals Ltd. since January of 2002.

Sam has been working in the real estate field for approximately 30 years. Sam sold real estate for 25 years and has been working as a residential real estate appraiser for the past ten years. He holds a CRA designation and is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Kimberly received her DAR designation in April of 2005, with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Kimberly also holds a Certified Appraisal Reviewer designation with CNAREA and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria. She has worked with Palmer Appraisals Ltd. for over ten years.
